Criminal Record Check

Boundary youth soccer association's criminal record check (CRC) policy mandates that all directors, employees, coaches, assistant coaches and regular volunteers (19+) involved in youth soccer obtain a valid CRC every 3 years, ensuring safe environments for vulnerable persons like youth.

Occasional volunteers are exempt, provided they are always supervised by a screened adult.

BYSA is registered with the Criminal Records Review Program (CRRP) which allows our volunteers to submit a criminal record check free of charge. This can be completed online using our access code below. we ask that you select " share the results of the criminal record check" so your result will be automatically emailed to BYSA. If you receive your result, please make sure to send to us as soon as possible at: registrar@boundarysoccer.com

CRC From Employment

If you have a CRC that includes working with the vulnerable sector through your employer or other volunteer organizations, and it is within BYSA's mandatory 3 year time frame, you can submit or request to share a copy of the clearance letter to our league coordinator for review at registrar@boundarysoccer.com.
