Inclusive Youth Soccer
Every mind is unique. Every player belongs.
Boundary Youth Soccer Association is proud to partner with the Boundary Autism Society to make soccer accessible and inclusive for all children with neurodivergent needs across our Boundary communities.
Together, we are creating a supportive, understanding, and fun environment where every child can build confidence, develop skills, make friends, and experience the joy of the game, regardless of ability. With adaptive coaching and modified gameplay, this sensory-friendly environment is focused on fun, teamwork and fostering a deep sense of community and belonging.
This partnership reflects our shared commitment to inclusion, community, and the belief that every child has a place on the field.
Program Overview
The Inclusive Team operates as a separate program from the Youth Soccer House League and does not participate in the league’s bi-weekly scheduled games or tournaments. This team is designed to provide an adaptive, supportive soccer environment tailored to the individual needs and abilities of participating, neurodivergent players. The Inclusive Program has its own dedicated coaches, modified training approach, and separate practice and game times that focus on skill development, confidence building, and enjoyment of the game in an inclusive setting.
Players are welcome to register in both the Inclusive Program and the House League; however, participation in the House League will take priority when scheduling conflicts arise. This structure allows families the flexibility to access both traditional and adaptive soccer experiences while ensuring commitment to team-based league play.
